Retro, draft three

My character Retro. Done in ms paint. And wow. I did not know you could use the bendy line thinger like this. srsly. none of this is freehand. XD except that thing on the heal. it's not a skate, but just a heal in the shape of a ring, and her little charm around her neck.

finishing touches, 30-40 mins. now, i just have to color it.
