Rikka of the Strings Tribe

This is Rikka, she is of the Strings tribe and lives in the mountians, her name means snow in her Language. the reason her tribe is called the strings tribe is because all villagers, even small children, are taught to play a strings insturment, her's is the Guitar. and all the people of her village have that blue make on there faces.
