After reading my friends "Chibimoon and the Queen of Kappa" fan-manga, I had the urge to draw a picture starring the two main characters in his comic. Chibimoon and Saturn. Lol, I know Saturn's color is supposed to be a dark blue than a purple, but I ran out of the navy blue color and purple had to do....Anyways, comments are welcome ^_^
