Description
I remember watching the Sailor Moon Stars episode when these two senshi were fighting against the Starlights, Eternal Moon and Chibi-chibi. So I got the idea from that episode. I know that Uranus' fuku is a darker color than usual. I used navy blue, but I think it turned out okay.
