Was watching the last episode of Sailor Moon Super S a while ago and got this idea. Nehelenia's one of the coolest villans in my opinion, (Next to Mistress 9) so I attempted to draw her. I like the way Nel's body looks, and her hair, but the eyes I'm still not really liking. But oh well, just gotta practice more often.
