Okay so I decided to try editing a base...

HUGE MISTAKE!!!

I barley can draw on MS Paint so why would I be able to do this! >.< Oh mann....

Alrighty well basciacally it is from naruto shippuden when Hikari comes back from the deamon world after 2 years.
And she is all liek "Guess who's back?" and waves.

yeah, bases are hard at first
hmmm, try using the bucket tool! ^3^~<333
and maybe the line tool to
it looks SUPER cute either way~<33

I don't know what a base is, so I wouldn't know how to make drawing easier on the computer... ^.^' but she looks so cute!
