I first straced the tat with the pencil tool on psp7, then smudged it,re-did it with the eraser brush and then just blended it for the finish.<br />

holy shiat! The first thing i said when i scrolled down was... whoa! Billy looks AWesOME! so does rebecca of course.. but since i think billy is too fine.... i noticed him first :) love how ya did his tattoo... you're awesome!
