Evil Sparky, as requested from TruthWithinX. I had difficulties with some of things for the request, but tried my best with it. I made him more robotic looking, changed his coloring, etc. Hopefully you like it, TruthWithinX.

Yes, in fact. In a roleplay I did once, he DID become evil. Long story short, Metal Sonic found Pandora's Box, and was to use it's contents to rule the world. When he released it, it turns out that there was just a one, magificently powerful demon named Chaos (no relation to any Sonic characters, he's my little creation.) that possessed Sparks. With this, 'Evil' Sparks became one of the most evilest characters I've ever played. Since Sparks and Chaos were to both serve Metal Sonic, they were used as one of the most deadliest weapons ever unleashed into the Sonic world. He looked near exactly like the picture, and would slaughter, torture, mane, mutilate and slowly kill his victims, be them children, elders, or adults.
