Toxin

This would be Toxin, the half-sister of Virus!
 
One of my -now- very few female characters, Toxin was created when the blood -just the blood- of a Black Doom soldier came in contact of a -real- Chaos Emerald shard that had  began growing in a puddle of Nuclear waste. Man-made electricity sped up it's growth and out emerged Toxin.
 
Toxin is an Anti-Hero, her decisions and actions depending on which alignment is the highest bidder. So often, she is classified under 'Evil'.
 
Toxin, like her half-brother, cannot speak normally so she relies on picture speaking or telepathy to aid her in speech. With the exception of telekinesis, telepathy and pyrokinesis, she has no other form of mental powers. Instead, she can emit a radioactive aura and poison is created from small openings underneath her scales that coat her body, leaving deadly results to those who attempt to touch her. She's able to spit acid that is actually both her blood and her venom, mutate herself or other creatures/plants, and can actually create a nuclear blast for a self-destruct if the need arises.
