In The Rain

The sound of light, waterlogged steps were nearly deafened by the crash of thunder from the raining heavens above. It had just started to rain and already the figure was soaked to the bone, his hooded robe of brown heavy with water. He didn't care though....the effects of adrenaline were still too high for him to notice. His claws buzzed and sparked as they gripped the scythe tightly, amber eyes watching as the bloody blade of the weapon was washed off by the heavy rainfall.

He glanced over his shoulder in a paranoid fashion, checking to make sure that none followed or chased after him....a wicked smile slipped onto his face when nothing but a flash of lightning was seen....the rain...one of the best ways to 'disappear' after a murder.

That was Sparks' original intro when I first began roleplaying with his character...his 'final' version, anyways. I had to dust this off....I haven't actually sat down and had a literate roleplay with him in yeeears......

Anywho, I decided to make a picture for it, showing off how he looked....he actually will still wear the robe, and that part I can explain.

Sparks is brightly colored, if nobody has noticed. Bright green, gold, blue and silver. These colors make him stand out of surroundings fairly easily. He has the ability to cameoflauge by changing his cell structuring into pure energy that will make a transparent appearance if he focuses....but...Sparks doesn't know how to do it.

Surprisingly, Sparks has no idea how to actually use his powers over electricity...he knows only how to teleport, hack and fire blasts of electricity at the opponent....anyways, where was I? Oh yeah....

So Sparks takes to concealing most of his bright coloring through a dark brown robe...even though in the day it would get many strange looks, at night its used to hide himself from visibility till he gets close enough to kill the poor fellow that comes around....

And some people -not here, on Gaia, where I do put up a few of Sparks' stories- have actually asked me as to why Sparks kills so many people. The answer is because that's what Sparks was made to do...he was designed to kill.

Even before his cybernetics, he had heightened senses, a 'hunters' sense -where he could find someone due to their breathing and heart-beat-, a set of teeth made for tearing flesh and claws made to rip through their opponents....and the actions of killing were 'built' in as a urge/instinct thing...and it was reinforced with the time Sparks spent living with Metal Sonic...

So basically, he was doomed from the beginning....but I suppose Sparks doesn't complain about it too often....

Yeah, I keep rambling on....don't mind me. XD
