Sparks' mind has had a make-over. No longer is it an Insane Asylum, but it has changed itself into a Circus freakshow thing, with Sparks' memories and forms as the performers.
Sparks is the Ringmaster himself...with fancy smancy new clothing. XD He looks so insanely cute...and evil...especially with the whip with the spiked balls...
