Welcome to CarnEvil: Umlaut

And the other main character of my Welcome to CarnEvil story: Umlaut.

In the original game, Umlaut is a jester skull that floats. He's the Spokesperson of CarnEvil, and describes the level the player is heading to in rhymes.

In my story, Umlaut has a body of which he can detach his head from. Though he keeps up his Spokesperson title, he doesn't speak in rhymes that often when not on the job....and due to the fact CarnEvil hasn't gotten any visitors besides Hocus Pocus in a long time, he usually spends his time with his friend instead.

His personality is opposite of Hocus', who's tired, moody and cautious. The jester is usually the more bright-eyed of the two, always happy and trying to cheer Hocus up. He's the more comforting of the two when it comes to topics, such as why 'mortals' treat his companion so poorly outside of those gates.
