Oblivion: Ascendent Warlock

An Ascendent Warlock, from a mod for Oblivion called 'The Lost Spires', an Archeology mod involving a story between the race of Warlocks and Alyeids.

Warlocks were a horned, 'evil' race that practiced Occult magic and were the enemies of the Alyeid. They planned to bring the Avatar, a powerful creature, into their plane to take over the land....

They required three brilliant shards, three warlock scrolls and the soul of a divine spirit. This happened to be an Alyeid deity named Luminai. They captured her spirit in a sword, and began working upon summoning the Avatar.

Unfortunately, the Alyeid, angered at them for capturing their deity, killed them before they could summon their Avatar.

The race of Warlocks have been extinct for centuries, though a few have ascended in Celestial Planes of their own creation.

I drew this while I had one of the Ascendent Warlocks under a command creature spell...they're basically a lich with a different model on them...and they wield different staffs....
