A Picture for 'Witching Hour', with -alot- of symbolism involved in such simple items in the pictures. All having to do with Les Muerte's past and who he was before the plague began...and what drove him to become a plague doctor in the first place.

The locket is to be making an appearance very soon in the comic -Pg. 5 or 6-. You'll learn the backstory on it soon enough.

The black blood represents the plague, taking over and stealing away the beauty, and life of things.

And the wilted rose petals represent Loss, which is something Les Muerte feels alot of and what drives him to try to make people better. There is a special reason why, despite how much of a nuisance children can be, he seems to be very protective of them.

And the words, 'I lost more than you think', are actually something Les Muerte says in the comic.
