Docteur Reynard

Docteur Reynard is a French Plague Doctor, who was a traveling minstrel before the Plague occurred. He is the smallest of the four doctors to be in the Witching Hour comic, standing at a measly 5'5, compared to the other three taller figures.

He is an optimist, always looking for the bright side of life, even in seemingly hopeless situations. He often hums or starts randomly singing some tune about the current situation, even if it's something as simple as plucking leeches out of a jar. He's eerily happy, and even while hating people, he's very bubbly about it. He dislikes Les Muerte, due to conflicts regarding his relationships to the children in the town.

His cane is a flute, its mouth piece hidden under the removable steel sphere. His appearance was, not surprisingly, inspired by a Bluejay. X3 His name is one usually given to foxes in old tales, so the emblem holding his cape together is the head of a fox.
