I realise now that his eyes are skrewed, and that his shoulders are outta whack... *sigh* This is what I get for not taking time... '_' But I had fun shading him! ^^

liz_angelYeah, it's very good for a beginner. If you practice a bit on noses, eyes and shading you'll be great.

lufia22His face is still very cartoon looking. Just try and practice drawing realistic eyes, noses and lips and don't worry about making a whole piece of art. Or better yet, draw from reference until you can create your own.

I've never been able to draw realism myself, nor do I ever want to...but I thought I'd suggest some things at least.
