Ok, here are bottom of the barrel transformers who got the short end of the stick. At least Warp Bowl can teleport like his counterpart Sky Warp, but White Wipe is pretty much SOL as no one can find a better use for him than to wipe their undercarriage.

White Wipe has original concept - his part looks like cape after transforming to robot form.
