Hi, I'm a new member (kind of, I haven't been on once since I registered). I am DMHveggie's younger sister, so, naturally, I'm a pretty good artist. <br />
This character is a guy I made up for a story/manga I'm planning to write/draw as soon as I finish the plot. His uniform is based on a S.W.A.T. members uniform 'cause he's on the S.W.A.T. team, but, it ended up looking like a Japanese police officer's uniform *sniff*. Oh well, I hope you like it! ^_^
