Tohru, Yuki, and Kyo in cool costumes

Hi! This is an old-ish picture, but I just love it! I drew it around Thanksgiving. It took a while, 'cuz I kept getting bored. *sweatdrop* I actually drew Tohru's skirt on a subway in New York (that's where I went for Thanksgiving). People all around me in the car were looking at me. The guy next to me said in a thick accent, "So, are you going to be a fashion designer?" and I said "...eep" 'cuz I was thinking, *don't talk to strangers, don't talk to strangers...* It was sort of weird, having random people in a subway compliment me. Has anyone else had this happen? Anyone? <br />
Anyway, I was inspired by Winslow Homer's paintings. Well, for Tohru, at least. ^_~ I just used Bert's suit from Mary Poppins as an inspiration for the boys. I like Kyo's expression, and can you tell I don't draw Yuki often? Heh.
