Appearance:

She appears to have a similiarity to Broly and like any other Saiyan(with dark hair and even dark eyes), but with a different style(another color is in her hair) with pale skin. She like her father seems apathetic at the beginning of every meeting almost robotic like, until she gets use to someone.

But unlike her father and relatives, she bares the outcasted Saiyan's mark on her left shoulder, that all the outcasted Saiyan's have on their armor(where as the royal's had it tattoo'ed at a young age on their bodies). Her attire resembles that of a ninja but with her father's style, in the beginning of my fanfic, with gold and jewels.

After she meets Goku, she trains under him and begans wearing some of his old uniforms but still kept the ninja look, unless she was training on the look out tower(then she wore the boots and had the longer leggings to her attire).

Personality:

She seems very apathetic in the beginning of her meets with others but she is easily tempered and upset(like vegeta). She loves fighting, loves training and loves to cause havok like any true saiyan. She is way more in control of herself then her father but at times on rare occations she loses control. She can be very loyal and protective if she holds someone close and very childish at that also(childish once she hangs around Goku's friends and him).

Biography/History:

Her mother had crashed to Broly and Paraguses planet after escaping her own home from having to be betrothed to Buriox, a guard for the Outcasted Saiyans. Paragus had watched at how easily the female was able to calm Broly down, after showing no fear and giving complete trust to the male.

When Paragus found out about Shizue's pregnancy, he plotted to turn the child into an obediant warrior, who'd die for him and Broly's life. When Shizue found out about Paraguses plan, she sent a letter to her mother explaining that she'd send her child home once the child was born, ofcourse when Shizue went to put the child in the pod, Paragus had her killed by another being, before acting like he had nothing to do with it. Broly named the child Satsuna, sense thats what Shizue wanted the girl to be named.

Techniques:

Ryuu wave:

A mass of reddish kai energy takes form of a dragon and acts like a Kamehameha wave but easier to control and bend to one's will (takes a lot of energy and can even put the user at a high risk of death)

Ryuu Claws:

Takes form as kai energy claws that cover the hands, but if used wrong it can destroy one's hands or burn the flesh off immediately. (needs a certain amount of energy to preform or else it can do the damaging effects told in description)
