woah nelly. is it over yet? *dies* This is a request from a good friend on gaiaonline.com...She has this totally cool grim reaper girl type avatar and I wanted to give this picture a very dark atmosphere. I tried a whole bunch of different styles and techniques for the coloring process...please tell me what you think, this digital painting stuff is a never ending learning experience!!Image Reference:

I think it's wonderful! My only suggestion would be to make her legs more full, more shapely. They look a little too thin for her body.

thankyou for the comment! My intention was to stay true to the original avatar as much as I could, and I wanted to keep the legs long, thin, and lanky. here is the original:
