n the hair is pretty kewl; reminds me of semara from 'the ring'i cn see u used photoshop (the leaf brush, lol)
[unless you were going for that effect then ignore this, lol] if u use the 'lasso' or 'pen' tool to chose the area u want to colour u cn get neater and closer to the girl without worrying about bleeding colours (if that made no sense or didnt help then i sorry O.o)
anyways... gd job n keep it up ^.^
