Kisei Dougan Version #1 (OC)

A personal character I use in my Naruto RPG. Her name is Kisei Dougan and she is a Chuunin going on Jounin....maybe. We don't know quite yet. She's easily angered (it's usually Naruto who pisses her off), but truly means well. She is of the Brush and is from a village within Mist. And yeah.....<br />

There's other stuff about her I should probably mention....but I'll leave that for version #2. :D
