This is Eskerna Sensei. It is revealed in my fanfiction that her father is Orochimaru. When she gets mad her skin turns white and she gets red things around her eyes like the purple things Orochimaru has around his eyes. She summons red snakes, not purple ones. I don't know why I put a purple snake in that picture.
