Oji lolita

This is my first lolita style chibi. The first couple of them were just undetermined style. This style of lolita is called Oji or Kodona. It is most meant for boys, but alot of girls wear oji too. Oji usually includes a victoran dandy outfit with black and white striped stockings. (my oji boy is a little too dressed up, but I couldn't help myself. I can't go too simple.)
