Princess Kelekiah of Egypt

This is a picture I had originally drawn and colored in November of 2008, but I decided to redo it this morning.

This is my OC, Kel Shadow, in her Egyptian form, tan skin, kohl, and all. Technically, she never lived to be this age in Egypt, but I can't draw people younger than this, so here you go.

The outfit, headdress and all, are completely of my design, though looking at other people's Egyptian characters inspired some of it.

The background represents Egypt's sands. It's my personal view, so stay off my back.

Okay, a few things about this version of Kel. Her name is actually Elven rather than Egyptian (her father originally wanted to call her Atina, but her mother, Galadrian, chose her name instead). Galadrian (originally inspired by Galadriel when Kel was my universal OC), is Kel's original surname (I came up with the idea of people back then being called by their first name with their parent of the same gender's first name. Yeah, that made more sense in my head than it did out loud). Anyway, Kelekiah is pronounced Kel-eh-kai-uh (originally, it was something different, but recent experience has made me change it).

So yeah, that was long and unnecessary. But it gives you a little background.

I hope you all like it! Sorry for the lame-o kohl. It turned out differently than I had expected.
