This art is a Heero and Relena fanart from a site called Black Cat club, owned by Neko Takamura. I'm not in the habit of accusing people of stealing art, but she has taken her site down because of constant theft of her art. The reason I am saying this is because I have indeed seen this art a while back, the fact that her name is on the art, and when I looked in your profile I saw that your style varies from hers and that you are male. I would suggest not posting any "acquired" art because some one might report you. It's not very nice to claim others' art.
