yay for shiney pvc boots!
yeah..this is the second character in a little plot floating around my head...I've got her character more planned out than Katti's though. Katti is a junior in highschool and Ume is a new freshman. Ume is really assertive and knows how to get to where she wants to be,( which attracts the very shy Katti to her) Ume will do what she wants because she has a lot of ambitious plans for herself, but she sometimes has lapses in self-confidence, especially in the romance department.

Outfit not really based on a specific style of anything; it's a little pirate-ish and a little bit kodona...
