The colours are amazing on this piece but sadly the scanners acting up today and don't look good when it's to big.
This was a practice with acrylics, sadly I messed up with the red firework at the front, the tub lid wouldn't come off and it splodged :( Oh well, the colours look really nice in real.

I too understand the horrors of a crappy scanner, I just discovered now that I have put weight on top of my scanner while scanning something, otherwise the picture is too bright and has more missing detail. Anyway awesome work, there should be more comments on this.Kes on December 2, 2007, 4:18:31 PM

I understand.When you scan a picture you made and colored by hand, the colours look very bad on your PC.
But you did a nice job! I can see you spent a lot of time on this picture and it's original to draw fire work.
It's not as easy as it looks to make fire work dinamic.
The passage of colours are nice too.
