Toki No Byoushin

Toki No Byoushin, or the Second Hand of Time. Another character from DN Angel that I love, I really love her and Freedert's story, in the fairy tale Ice and Snow(or Dark). I used my Tic's to color it (Ticonderoga *mouthfull* colored pencils)and then smoothed it out with lighter fluid and Q-tips (yes that's right I said lighter fluid) My art teacher introduced the technique to me. I like it, comments please.
