The Eyes Have it

Well let's just say I was bored in English. And I was reading the little post notes on the side of the page in Godchild book 2. And we were also reading a odd little short story that put me in the mood to draw something...odd. I drew it directly in pen (but on notebook paper...*shame*) so I redrew it when I got home.It's a odd little pic of Lukia a Christian Roman martyr who in one accout had her eyes gouged out by Roman guards. In another she was admired by an undesirable suitor for her beautiful eyes. To stay chaste she plucked out her own eyes, a great sacrifice for which God gave her a pair of even more beautiful eyes. So here's a weird litle take on that. *grins*
