Kiss the Rain (in progress)

This is the fastest turn around I've done in a while, I surprised myself.I just finished the lineart for this a few days ago. I love Umi's hair, Eagle's hair was hell to draw not nearly as bad to color, manga style of course. Umi's skin tone need some work, it looks nice light like that on the actual paper but not in the scan. She needs more shadows and ect, and I have no idea what to do with the back ground and I still need to add the water/rain affect to it. It's still a work in progress, anyone have ideas for the background? Enjoy, comments welcome.
