I think yhou could do some improving on the feet. Its toes look like they're layered on top of each other. For an actual 3D look, try to draw one or two toes and assume the rest are obscured behind the toes that are closest to the camera.
Since this is your dragon I cannot critique its anatomy. But, its eye seems a bit out of place and its nostril could probably be moved up. But if it is your creation and that is how its supposed to look, then do not take my advice.
I think you could do a better job on the horns where the lineart is spilling over. You could erase those and give it a cleaner look.
The wing style is interesting, though there could be a bit more detail.
Also it could have more of a muscle structure towards the arm and leg joint areas.
