I have been dying to draw a Naruto character other than my pic of Sakura so I drew Neji. and I personally love how it came out. THIS IS MY FIRST EVER PIC OF NEJI! So don't be shooting me down with mistakes, ok? first try!

I like how the inking came out. I really do. And I did the expression, it is not copied completely from any manga shot. So, yeah.
