I love how this one cam eout.
I did NOT design Chii's dress, unfortunately. Actually, it was a filler pic of Chii in volume 2 of Chobits. Page 55!
There is a drawing of Chii looking in a mirror, holding up that dress. It seemed cute and I asked my friend Amanda if I should draw Chii wearing the drss and she said yes.
Because the dress's overall design showed an uncanny similarity to Chii's first work uniform when she works at Chiroru's, I used the same pose from Chobits volume three, page 86 - the pose of Chii giving out little gifts for buying pastries.
Ok, I hope that was enough credit to the original artwork to avoid getting my @$$ in trouble with the admins.
And I also hope you enjoy the pic!
