I told Chi I was going to draw pretty chi art, and here's pretty chi art <3
By the way the thing in her hand is a pen, not a wand XD, but it's a magical pen, cause she's a sketchbook angel remember?.
The anatomy is wrong, but I was going for whimsical and fun, rather then literate, etc.
