ok. wells ums... this is El Tigre, once again.
I'm just in an El Tigre mood right now...

ok, I have drawn him a few times, but I am very happy with this, and this is the first time I've colored him!
colored are a bit different, but all in all, he's the same guy.

I drew this, inked this by hand. and colored in photoshop.
