It is a little bit 'League of Extraordinary Gentlemen' Book 2 and a whole lot Jeff Wayne's musical version of H.G. Well's 'War of the Worlds'. The CD (album) came with very cool painted illustrations.Plus a dash of my own tainted grey matter tossed in.
