Uhh.... Let's say this un-lucky artist got trapped in the middle of a battle and got saved by Arbiter; and became one lucky artist. *drools* Say what you want, Arbiter is hawt, so are Elites and Hunters(throw Chief in that mix, too).
Just an excuse to use my new Prismas and to draw Arbiter. :3 Note to self: Never mix a bad artist with good pencils. Yes, I used a refrence picture from DA. Also, I'd rather draw an Elite over that cursed Spartan armor any day.
