Pretty good job!Did you give her the white outline to make it look like she's glowing?If so,I do it all the time!!=P She's my favorite character of all time!I love her!

BLEACH I LOVE BLEACH..............awesome job on Rukia i love how u added the ribbons it give a little more bake round to the show and makes it look great

Rukia doesn´t look bad at all herself, but the edges have quite a bit of white in them, and the background is kinda random looking, I don´t know... ^_^ Still, nice job!
