Sadly this is my best Ishida picture. (I hate the hand!!)<br />
The dragon thing was because his name is 'Uryuu' and 'Ryuu' means 'Dragon' so I assume his name has something to do with dragons. The parts inside the dragon are not supposed to be inked, thats just how the pictue is. I might do a colored version of this soon.
