Yay it's Rai! His real name is Raikoto, Rai is just his nickname. He has a split personality. He's Mithos' older brother! See the resemblance? I messed up on the background... His ultimate attack is Crystal Flare. I think I should draw that... I draw him MUCH better by hand. He started out as a doodle in my notebook... I still have that picture.
