Alrighty, here's that sculpture I did a few years back that came from those Gyphon sketches posted earlier. This is Toran, sculpted out of an oil-based clay (which never dries). The "hands" were supposed to be tallons but, as you can very well see, they're paws... That's because I kinda ran out of time and just did them quickly just to finish. I plan on re-doing them soon since I just found some more oil clay. *big smile* Oh, and if you're wondering what those brownish spots are on his wings and such, they're just rust-spots. There is an armature within the clay to keep it standing up (see that metal pipe in the back?) and some of the wires have rusted... I don't think my teacher gave me the right stuff... But oh well... Can't have everything, now, can we? Anyways, comment, please!
