Wow, I must admit, this is an odd couple, but that can be looked over since this is a very well done pic! ^^ Jean Bison looks great, along with Sly! The background is great too! It gives more humor to this pairing!!! XD All around, this is very well done, and I applaud you!!!

I suppose I may get more out of this if I could remember anything about Sly Cooper (it's been so long since I played the first one o_o), but it still is a great image, anyhow. ^_^
I love the style of it, in particular. The bright cel-shading you did is really reminiscent of the game.
