"I'll be there for you..."

I'm 15 years old. I am and always have been an only child in a singel parent home. Ever since I could remember I wanted a little brother. I didn't see my dad much at all. But now that I'm older I take upon myself to keep in contact with him. A month after I got to know him better I learned I had a little half-brother who was about three years old. The first time we saw each other and they told him I was his big sister he ran up to me and hugged my leg. I could've cryed right then and there. (this is the truth)<br />
