It's finally done!! D8
This picture took -alot- longer then expected because I encountered alot of problems.. (mostly caused by my own stupidity OTL" ) I had drawn the outline in color, but it looked funny so I had to re-trace the outline and fix it up. Then I start coloring on the wrongs layers and screwing it up D8< ... I also decided not to use a reference for some reason so I'm hoping it doesn't look like crap... *shoots self* Oh... and I fail at epaulettes.. and anatomy.. and perspective XD I'm also still trying to learn how to shade properly, so some of it looks kind of silly... And.. You can barely noticed his skin is colored because of the shade I used... OTL...
But even after all that, I still like it XD
So... Anyway...

The main reason for this picture, (besides the fact that I love Latvia :3), is because I applied to a Hetalia RP group on deviantArt for the position of Latvia, so I drew this while waiting to find out whether or not I'm accepted *crosses fingers* o3o
(Sorry about the big text... I needed to rant XD )

Because I'm not 100% sure, and I've asked a friend what he thinks, and he said 'Ray-vis Galantay'.

I wasn;t sure because his first name is actually Latvian.. but his last name is Italian.. so.. I wasn't sure if I was pronouncing it right lol
