Description

This is a gift for JezzyChanTehOrginal. I was supposed to make an entry for her contest, but I was too late, so I made my entry a gift instead.
It's her character Hikari. :3
Quality is kind of bad since I took a picture with my camera...
and I don't know how to color large areas with colored pencils so it looks like a child colored this. ;; sorry about that.. ;~;
