REQUEST: Lockna and Norbert

The kitty is Lockna. She's mute, hence the sign. She wants you to go away. But you can't 'cause she's CHiBI! And has cool outfits. XD
 
She owns a tree. The tree's name is Norbert. He's a man-eating tree. She feeds him noodles and the occasional mailman. She wheels him around in a portable pot. He's a bonsai, but don't say that to his face. He will bite your toes.
