Her arms are too long and her waist is too high up on her body. Wherever her waist begins, the elbows should be parallel to that. The croch is also too low on the body, which makes you have to lower the knees which are way too far down. Her left hand is too small, also. I hope that helped! ^.^

But you have to remember, a lot of anime characters aren't always in perfect proportion. Take a look at some of the necks for example...totally scrawny.xX;;
But anyways, I like this pic; it's cute, and the blue ink softens it up!^^ I hope you keep on drawing- you are an excellent artist.

When your figure is standing straight, his wrists should meet around the "line" of his crotch (I know it sounds kind of gross, but yeah...). To determine how long the legs should be, keep in mind that the hands, even when the arms are stretched down, barely touch the knees.
I'm sorry if it's not much help, but like I said, those are pretty helpful things to keep in mind (for a full-bodied figure). Your figure looks really good though. And don't worry about the anatomy, I think it looks fine. :)
