AnimeMangaLoverThis is soo much better than your first attempt! I'm so impressed with how much your drawing style has improved. It appears that the other 2 people who left comments said all that I wanted to say, so I agree with them ^.^

Rindi_chanThis looks quite good. As Juli said, the feet could certainly be bigger, although since she's wearing heels, it might be okay. It could help to define the ankles a bit more, so we can see where the legs end and the feet begin. You could probably make the hands a bit bigger too.

Hm, since you work with a rather 'chibi' style, the head-to-body proportions look fine. You might consider moving the ear further down and to the right a bit, since she's got her head turned and tilted. But that's probably just me being picky. XD

Bah. I feel like I could have said all that with far fewer words. >_

JuliYeup, proportions are a pain...
Well, it depends on the age you're tryign to depict. The proportions here look pretty accurate. A few random pointers i guess: normally the elbows are at the waist, the fingertips of hands when they are just hanging down straight should be one hand length away from teh knees. Err. you seem to have that down.
Soem advice i would give is try defining the bones like the elbows and knees a bit more. the feet could be bigger too, normally they are the length of the forearm.
Whew, sorry for such a long blabbering comment! -_- hope that some what helps...
